Hello my name is Dennis and I will like to tell you about my Minolta's I have been a minolta fan since the early 80s when my dad got a Minolta XG1. My first Minolta was a point and shoot Freedom 202 , it lasted me over 10 years. In 2007 I bought a used Minolta Maxxum 50 with a Quantaray lens from a pawn shop for $75.00. Last year I got another Minolta Maxxum 50 from an acution site , just used credits no money out of my pocket. My favorite Minolta I got this year same acution site , didn't cost me nothing but cost the person $12.07 to mail it to me. The Minolta SRT SC-II with a CLC meter. This camera made from 1977 to 1980 came with oringinal case and strap. It also came with 2 lenses. A Rokkor X 50mm f/1:2 and a Celtic 35mm f/1:2.8. This SRT is near mint I only have a little tiny stratch on the bottom and the case has very little ware. When I got my SRT I thought of the history and stories this camera had to tell. It is not the top Minolta SRT but when its free and in excelent condition , I can't complain. Finally I don't know what year but some time later the SRT SC-II did not have the CLC meter. Thank you for reading I hope you like it:)

Welcome to the CC Dennis. I'm a Minolta collector also. Much to my wife's concern, everytime I buy another the foundation of the house creaks.
