Funnily enough I found a couple of (unused) flashbulbs several months back. I wonder where I put them. There was also a test bulb in one of my "old stuff" boxes. It had an ordinary low voltage electric bulb with dark green plastic cover. You could use it to make sure the flashgun was working.
p.s. the flashbulbs were the blue coated daylight type.

Dave,
I was given a selection of old flashbulbs from huge foil filled things all the way down to little peanut bulbs.
I want to mount them for display but cannot figure out how. Hot glue would do it but would mess up the bulb.
Any suggestions?
Mickey

I was thinking you could use very thin floral wire to hold them.

Mickey, I had fine wire, like fuse wire in mind. I did think too of glue - one of the modern types that sicks (like glue) but can be peeled off to remove the item.

I used hot glue to make my display of flashbulbs. Nice display but I suspect my wife would have something to say if I tried to display that! I dont know if I could even get away with calling it art!

I get away with displaying the flashbulbs because I have been given one of the rooms that was meant to be a bedroom, but is unneeded since there are only two of us. I use it as my 'museum' of photographica.
