Yah. I don't get no respect. Boo hoo.
Well I accomplished something. I was born on Canada's 95th birthday and have made it to its 147th. That beats the proverbial three score and ten. For that I should at least get a gold star.
Nevertheless I am glad I hung around to meet you grizzly characters and the beautiful one.
Mickey

Congratulations all Canadians. Er, hows your maths Mickey? Yeah, I make him 52. Doesn't look a day over 75 in the photos.

Congratulations all Canadians. Er, hows your maths Mickey? Ummm. No gold star after this I suppose. I am 81 in Imperial measure not metric. 1837 to 1932 = 95. Doesn't it? 1932 to 2014 = 82 Oh! October hasn't arrived yet. Math is so complicated. I should have used a slide rule or an odometer. Mickey

I admit math was always my worst subject in school as was anything connected to it. Although one assignment to read 20,000 Leagues.......I never got beyond the title. I faked illness.
My fortés were art and English and recess. Music was also pretty good for me. I rarely had to count past four. 6/8 time was starting to get too complicated so I played it as 3/4 time. No one knew the difference.
I received my highest ever mark in art. 102 and the teacher asked if he could keep the picture. My head really swelled up then.
Photography anyone?
