It is a Patent Etui 6x9 from Kamera-Werkstätten (Guthe & Thorsch), K.W. from Dresden, KW were part of the VEB Pentacon group in post war East Germany, and the 1938 Praktiflex 35mm reflex became the basis of the Praktica range in the late 1940's.
