Because my collection of 35mm reflex cameras is as good as complete i've shifted my collecting interest towards point and shoots, they are fun to collect as they can be found in abundance, and some of them are real gems. This olympus stylus limited edition came in the original box with all the wrappers, paperwork, pouch and so on. I've paid it somewhat more than i tend to do for these kind of cameras, but considdering the shape it is in i don't think i've paid to much. now the camera itselve is sadly not up to the standard of the later stylus 2 MJU wich has a 2.8 instead of a 3.5 aperture, is smaller, weather resistant, and has spot metering to name just a few things in wich it surpasses the older stylus. Still if you go for the looks, the limited really shines in its dark silver high polish look, just keep it on the shelve and do your shooting with the stylus 2 (if you're in to this kind of film shooting). Maybe one day i'll find a stylus 2 epic limited edition, then i'll have both the looks and the power

I feel much like you about collecting these days. I am more interested in uncommon forms of otherwise common cameras. This Olympus reminds me of the Golden Shield edition of the Argus C3 of an earlier era.
