I picked this up for a song recently from a dealer on ebay that doesnt really know his stuff, despite dealing only in cameras. It was sold for spares/repairs as the shutter is jammed. Like all screw-out lens cameras the shutter only fires when the lens is in the taking position. Its in great condition with no scratches or bumps. Made in 1953 it is also known as the Hexi.
I have never come across the Moni, but know of the other version, the Hexi..Never seen results from these 120 roll film cameras. Looks more French style than the East Germany it came from. Maker ended up adsorbed into VEB Pentacon Group.
