The Cosmic or Smena Symbol is a Soviet camera with a decent triplet lens. Look in camera-wiki.org/wiki/Smena_Symbol for detailed information. I have used the similar Smena 8M. A very simple, cheap 35mm for the masses.
The Vito B is in a different class, an excellent compact, very well made like all Voigtlanders. That Skopar lens is very capable. I do not have experience with that specific model, but I have used several Vito versions and every one of them has performed well.
I'll let somebody else comment on your Mamiya!

I have two Vito B cameras. One like yours where the shutter speed adjustment are linked and one where they aren't. The camera won't work correctly without film as the shutter is set by the film moving over the sprocket.
