Well I have got these 3 cameras and was hopping for some more information on them. The 1st is a cosmic symbol think its from the 70s, guessing from USSR as that's what is printed on it 2nd is a vaighander Vito e I think what I can find its from the 50s and that's it. The 3rd is a mamiya nc000s this one I have put a few rolls of film thew and I like it, have two lens a 50mm and a 200mm, have no idea on date or any thing.

The Cosmic or Smena Symbol is a Soviet camera with a decent triplet lens. Look in camera-wiki.org/wiki/Smena_Symbol for detailed information. I have used the similar Smena 8M. A very simple, cheap 35mm for the masses. The Vito B is in a different class, an excellent compact, very well made like all Voigtlanders. That Skopar lens is very capable. I do not have experience with that specific model, but I have used several Vito versions and every one of them has performed well. I'll let somebody else comment on your Mamiya!

I have two Vito B cameras. One like yours where the shutter speed adjustment are linked and one where they aren't. The camera won't work correctly without film as the shutter is set by the film moving over the sprocket.
