Last weekend was fathers day down here in Australia. Went out for a walk through our local Salvation Army charity shop who had a fathers day display table set up. 3 x point and shoot cameras set up in the middle of the table caught my eye (of course) I'm not a big fan of the 80's / 90's point and shoots - to much plastic for my liking but I have bought and sold a number of these now to pay for better rangefinders. The pick up this day included a Pentax 838G for $5 AUD A Canon Snappy EZ 35mm with a 35mm 1:3.8 lens. For $5 AUD but the kicker... a great condition Yashica T4 for $8 AUD. !!! All 3 were in clean working order. Already sold the Pentax and the Canon. I've got a role of film in the T4. We have a MJUii as our go to point and shoot so it will be interesting to see how this compares. I love everything yashica but for an $8 purchase for a camera that is constantly selling for $400+ its hard to hold onto. It's up to the Mrs if we keep the MJUii or the T4. Gotta love a bargain.

Just sell it and buy a decent camera:-) I sold all T4, T5, and mju2's, only a T3 remaining as P&S - it is ugly, but has the better lens (2,8)... Hans
