I have a Minolta Auto Semi folding rangefinder which I managed get working,but the bellows was so fragile,it just crumbled.  What's the best way to replace the bellows?

Oops. Just realized that the Minolta Auto Semi is 645. Sandeha does not make 645 bellows.

Oops. Just realized that the Minolta Auto Semi is 645. Sandeha does not make 645 bellows. Why not ask anyway. I did ask because I was interested in a Konica Pearl. The lack of a suitable replacement bellows is why I don't own a 645 folder.
