I have succumbed to temptation. Here's my most recent purchase, which has already been sent off for a full service. It needs a new mirror, the focus is stiff, and the shutter seems a bit off, but functional.

Nice one specially while it's kind of an oddball with the film moving horizontal rather than vertical like it would in most (all?) TLR's not that it makes much diffrence with the square format but odd all the same...in order to keep my TLR collection a bit under control i try to set a limit to buy only more recent models. Prices on TLR's are rising steadaly wich makes it difficult for me to fork out 100+ Euros for say a rolleicord, knowing it used to be hard to sell one for more than 35€, and i'm not even talking about silly prices for the yashica mat. I'm starting to wonder if it's just another hype or if the trend will continue? It's a fact that TLR's are the only type of camera wich never went digital (there wouldn't be much point in that now would it?)might this be one of the reasons they are becoming more collectable?
