Sold my Minolta SR-1 Black, the main reason i've got 2 of them and need the space. It's kinda funny how camera prices vary depending where in the world they are sold. Minolta SR-1's fetch high prices in Japan, think of 200€+ for the chrome version a lot more for the rare black version. Here in Europe they really aren't appreciated and i praise myselve lucky i was able to sell the SR-1 after two months of advertising. On the other hand i saw a Nikon F3 AF on the US Ebay site at a very good price, still 31% inport taxes + custom fees+ postage makes it a lot less interesting. With Brexit on the horizon a good (camera) hunting ground will be closed down, the last camera i bought in the UK already had it's custom papers sent along, didn't need to pay them but if the brexit goes forth i know what will be waiting should i be tempted in buying something from across the channel. This limits my options to Germany and France while the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden to name just a few tend to be expensive on clasic cameras, the Baltic and east European states wich have recently come to join the EEU do have a lot of ex soviet gear, often in poor condition, for the better or rarer stuff high prices are demanded just as well. Portugal and Greece still need to discover the internet i guess, as very little is advertised from those regions.
