Restoring 1/43 scale Ferrari's

Just bought a collection of 1/43 scale Ferrari models. Sadly they are in bad condition , but my wife , unable to work or travel due to corona restrictions took it upon her to restore the lot and see what is salvageable and what not.

Environmental issues has made it virtually inpossible to maintain and drive the full size ones. When you live in the city like me you're even not allowed to drive your classic out of the garage exept for when it's on a trailer preferably to have it scrapped.

regards the environmental impact, in the UK, steam trains are popular with dozens of private, heritage railways and hundreds of coal powered locos operating (in normal times) all over the country. Is there anything similar in Belgium?
