While updating the exell sheets on camera's in the collection i noticed i've now past the number 50 on the Pentax sheet. As a Nikon collector this is a bit alarming because it would be sacriledge to have more Pentaxes than Nikons no? Still the Nikons are in the lead but the gap is closing! Here's they are after i took them out of the display case to dust them off and do some re-arranging while putting them back. The chrome ones: The black ones: Can you recognise them all? If you could pick one, wich one would that be?

Excel sheets, that is impressive record keeping. Nothing wrong with Pentax count getting close to Nikon!
I recognize a few of these. However I do not get those strange prisms (?) in the chrome series.
My favorite is the simple K-1000, with the ME (when working) a close second. But the Spotmatics are also nice user cameras.
My Pentax set is way smaller: two Spotmatics, a K-1000 (main camera for 20 years) and a non-working ME. And a few lenses. Never intended to collect, anyway.

Thanks. I had seen references to these prisms in old books.
