This is the coal fired powerplant next to the locks. You actually have to drive under the plant while going north and south. This is Ohio Route #7.

Yesterday we took a trip down towards West Virginia on the Ohio side so Freda could see the barges on the Ohio River. It was gloomy and overcast by the time we got there, and sprinkling out. I took a shot of the river locks at Stratton Ohio, and there was a riverboat with 2 barges going through the locks next to the powerplant.

Nice find Mickey, go to the fridge and get the film. I shot 2 rolls yesterday on my trip to Steubenville with Freda. We got to see river boats pushing barges down the Ohio River and through the locks. I took my Minolta Maxxum 7000 film camera and my Sony Alpha 100 DSLR. It was overcast, but we shot the pix anyway.

Minolta 35mm SLR Pentax....STUDENT (camera in photo is an old Honeywell Spotmatic with a 49mm Minolta lens cap)
The trigger clicks when I wind it and push the button, not sure if the meter works because the battery thing is frozen shut. Excellent camera for STUDENT.
$69.99 and $22.00 Economy Shipping.
C'mon, you guys see this. Do you think people will buy it?

This really is one of my pet peeves. Some doofus will list an off brand camera on ebay that is all dusty and may not even work, or the camera is so obscure I laugh, and then in their listing it says...STUDENT! What?!! What does that old 35mm camera have to do with a STUDENT?!! Do they think if they add that to their listing it will automatically make the camera worth more?
When's the last time somebody came here and asked....."what's the best camera for a student?"......
Listen Bubb....a student ain't interested or has any use for your musty old SLR you perchance dragged out of Grandma's Pantry!!!
I hate to see listings like this.
Chinon SLR with Argus 50mm lens. STUDENT
Buy It Now $149.99 with $23.79 Shipping.
Small Print.....I don't have batteries for this so I don't know if it works or not......I'm cleaning out Grandma's Pantry.....As-Is....
What is wrong with people?

Yes, I was a sweet 14 year old, and I remember watching that show when it aired. Time goes way too fast.

Thanks Peter. It was one of those jobs I had to get done so the parts wouldn't be laying about.

The SR 505 is the Japanese version of the SRT 202. There was also a rare SR 505S. Also, my SRT MCII is one I hopped up with a mirror box and center section from an SRT 101b. It has a self timer and mirror lock up.

Here's the new top cover and leatherette kit. And here it is after removal of the old leather and seals, I've already taken it apart in preparation of the new parts.
