Hello Hans, thanks for this valuable information. A local repairplace with experience in old equipments told me the camera was in very good shape. I´ve already shot a couple Ilford 400 films and this will be the real test. I hope I can post some nice photos and share my experience.

Hi, I'm an amateur photographer from venezuela. I started many years ago taking photos with a Leica IIIf given by my stepfather, I left photography for many years and recently resumed it in a digital format, but my taste for old cameras is still intact. I recently bought a camera Ikonta Zeiss 521/16 B in a local flea market. The serial number in the body is P 33722 ending with a star symbol. It has a 4.5 - 7.5 cms Novar - Anastigmat lens. I wanted to find out in which year and where this camera was manufactured. Hoping to start collecting other vintage cameras and to learn from the experts.
